JMJ Collection's standard change-of-mind policy is exchange within 7 days of delivery/purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
- For the same product, an exchange for an available size or colour may be handled online.

- Products must normally be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags/packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase/order details.
